Panel Discussion on PLF Issues.

April 29, 2008, 12:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE! CHANGE IN MEET ME LINE INFORMATION (see flyer below). The New Lawyers Committee of the Debtor/Creditor section will host a panel discussion to discuss PLF issues related to debtor/creditor lawyers and their practices. The panel is an excellent way to discuss questions or issues in a collegial environment involving areas of potential malpractice with experts versed in identification and repair. This is an important panel discussion and one you won’t want to miss!

Local Rules Project

In Fall 2006, the Section formed an ad hoc local bankruptcy rules committee to comment on local bankruptcy rules and forms as part of the bankruptcy court’s revision process. The court is released a proposed LBR Revision Draft which is now available for public comment through March 28, 2008. Please direct comments to LBRcomments@orb.uscourts.gov.
