Location: The Women Bankruptcy Attorneys will meet on May 30, 2012 at the 8th floor conference room, US Bankruptcy Court, 1001 SW Fifth Ave. in Portland. The brown bag lunch meeting will be held from Noon to 1 PM.

Mary Jo Heston and Steve Boyke will lead a discussion concerning the recent decision of the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, In re Friedman, concerning the applicability of the absolute priority rule in individual Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.

An application will be submitted for one hour CLE credit for this program.

Members in Eugene may be able to participate by videoconference, but that should be arranged in advance. Please contact Laura Walker at lwalker@cablehuston.com if you would like to participate from Eugene.
