The annual Saturday Session of the Debtor-Creditor Section will take place March 9, 2013, at the Salem Conference Center. The program will include discussions on court updates, local bankruptcy rules and forms, and the impact of budget reductions on the courts. The court would like to have you participate in an important survey. Before you attempt to complete it, you may want to read the questions. They call for open ended answers about possible improvements to the current court systems. A pdf copy of the survey is here.
